Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Failure to read product descriptions or license terms before purchase
  • Inability to use the content for your intended purpose
  • Content that doesn't match your creative vision or expectations
  • Issues with third-party software or hardware
  • Content that has been downloaded and used
  • Refunds requested more than 7 days after purchase

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before payment is processed. Once payment is completed and content is delivered, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a refund following our refund policy.

Account Cancellation

You may cancel your BeatSwap account at any time by contacting support. Account cancellation does not automatically result in refunds for previous purchases.

License-Specific Refund Terms

Non-Exclusive Licenses

Refunds for non-exclusive licenses are generally not available once the content has been downloaded, as the beat remains available for purchase by other users.

Exclusive Licenses

Exclusive licenses may be eligible for refunds within 24 hours of purchase if the content has not been downloaded and no other user has expressed interest in the same beat.

Payment Method Refunds

Credit/Debit Cards

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Digital Wallets

Refunds to digital wallets (PayPal, etc.) typically take 3-5 business days.

Bank Transfers

Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
